Alchemy Inns are well known in the Scottish licensed trade, having been established by Managing Director Tommy McMillan in the late 1990s. Initially focused solely on pubs, Alchemy has expanded considerably, into other areas. Our growth has been driven by our desire to offer our tenants and customers a full range of services at competitive prices.

In addition to buying and leasing bars and restaurants we now have a fully composite central distribution operation, Central Kegs, who supply packaged wine, beer and spirits. We also have an outside catering division, Alchemy Offsite, and last year opened Alchemy Racing, a bookmakers.
